If there ever was a time to add Terry Mclaurin now is it!! OK now we all know that fantasy football trades can be a little funny and even weird at times. Most players don’t want to trade very often if at all so there’s a lot to consider when trying to make the perfect trade. And without breaking down all the components that are necessary to make a great deal like team needs, position, players involved ETC… the number one component for every great deal is timing.
You may only have one shot every season at getting the guy that you want and I’m telling you right now if you are trying to find a good wide receiver at a relatively low cost, now is the time to go after Terry Mclaurin. Here’s why Terry time is now! Terry Mclaurin lit it up the first 3 weeks of the season, then he gets hurt, he sits out for one week comes back against the #1 ranked defense and still gets his catches and yards. But his fantasy numbers don’t look so good for week 5. There is the key… you have to use this low week as leverage in your trade bargaining, because quite frankly he may never have a week as good as week one again, his injury may really hamper him for the rest of the year, but those are the things that you must take into account when you decide whether you want to trade for him or not.

This week he’s playing against the hopeless Miami Dolphins. If I were going to trade for Terry Mclaurin this week I would offer a WR2 or a TE1 or a low end RB2. I would even offer OBJ for Mclaurin and a Flex2.
I know that may sound crazy but the upside on this kid is just too high, he is the only star on that team everything is gonna go through him. The Washington Redskins are about to start his good friend and college teammate Dwayne Haskins at quarterback. It doesn’t matter if Haskins has a great year or not the only thing that matters is that as long as Maclaurin is healthy he is going to get the lion’s share of all the offense and his talent will make him relative in fantasy football all season long. So if you are looking for a wide receiver, go get Terry Mclaurin before he goes off in week 6 against the Dolphins, because after that nobody is going to let him go. I have him in both of my leagues and I am starting him for the first time this week. I picked him up week 2 and sat him on my bench..but week 6.. is Terry Time!! Good luck and keep ballin’.
