Seattle Seahawks: Pete Carroll was back at Seahawks practice, having completed his five-day isolation following a positive COVID-19 test on Sunday. The 70-year-old head coach bounced around with his usual energy while wearing a mask, saying afterward that he's feeling great and never felt too sick save for a "couple little symptoms."
The hard part for Carroll was having to stay home as the team practiced Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Before this week, the only practice he could recall missing -- either as a player or a coach -- was one at USC during the spring after his father's death.
And he didn't completely miss these ones. Carroll was communicating with assistant coaches via phone while watching a live feed of practice from home, saying he could actually see things better from that perspective.
But nothing beats the real thing.
