Week 8 fantasy player is:
Josh Allen The numbers don't jump off the page, he went 23/36/294 with 2TDs and one interception. He also had 8 carries 37 yds and a rushing touchdown. He led all Fantasy scorers with 29.46 Fanduel fantasy points.
Allen once again proved that it's not good to bet against him, not only is he one of the most consistent quarterbacks in the NFL he's also one of the top fantasy football quarterbacks in the NFL. As my team and I were preparing for our weekly Fanduel plays for one of our lineups we discussed Josh Allen. We saw that he was going to have a high ownership % rate And his price to tag was a whopping $8800. Normally no brainer we take him... But based on the week's match ups we decided to go with another quarterback to head our main lineup because the numbers showed that we could get about the same amount of points at a much lesser cost... Boy were the numbers wrong, we should have paid up! The moral of the story is sometimes you gotta pay for the best, and right now Josh Allen is the best quarterback in fantasy football. But you may want to be careful when trying to stack him. It's probably best just to take him and then find the best receiver that money can buy even if it's from another team because this season Allen has spread the ball around so much that you never know who's week it is. Is it Emmanuel Sanders, Stefan Diggs or Cole Beasley and this season Dawson Knox has been a favorite target of Allen's too. You can bet we won't make that mistake again!
