New York Giants: The Giants held their annual summer fan fest at MetLife Stadium on Friday night and rookie Kayvon Thibodeaux was among the standouts from the scrimmage. The fifth overall pick in the draft drew a holding penalty and was in the backfield on multiple occasions with his electric first step and arsenal of moves.
"He's tough to block," coach Brian Daboll said. "He's doing a really good job these last few practices of getting his feet underneath him."
The Giants still believe that Thibodeaux is only scratching the surface. There is a lot he can correct and do better. Still, there is some reason for optimism that the young pass-rusher is as good as advertised. -- Jordan Raanan
